The purpose of River of Life Homes, Inc, a 501(3)c non-profit organization, is to provide temporary shelter, food, clothing, emotional and spiritual support for homeless women and children who are in a domestic violent situation, or have lost their homes due to uncontrollable circumstances such as hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood and other natural disaster, regardless of race, color, sex, age, disability, religion, political belief, or national origin.

 River of Life Homes also provides a safe living place for men who have nowhere else to go. These individuals are trying to escape from dangerous situations such as alcohol, drug, sexual abuse, poverty, domestic violence, and people with disability but are able to care for themselves.
